Conclusion of the agreement

The agreement about hunting services between the Hunting Agency ” Złoty Puchacz ” represented by Mariusz Golanowski and a hunter is concluded by written acceptance of the offer by a hunter, after completing and signing our application from and after paying the first advance payment and the remaining payment by a hunter in the due date set on the grounds of the booked hunting.

 

IMPORTANT

The copies of the hunting licence, firearms certificate and the European Firearms Pass should be enclosed to the application form!

 

Advance payments

IMPORTANT
The hunting is organized on the basis of full payments in advance.

1. The first advance payment includes:
Cost of stay (accommodation + boarding)
Organization of the hunting
One-paid-fee

and is to be paid within 14 days from the date of receiving a ill with the advance payment.

2. The remaining payment includes:
100% of the booked shooting price
and is to be paid 28 days before the start of the hunting.
A hunter gets a confirmation of the hunting (a Voucher), which entitles him to importation of a firearm to the territory of Poland, only after receiving by us the whole payment.

Terms of payment

After the hunting, a report and a final bill is made. If the shooting costs exceed the prepaid amount, a hunter is obliged to pay the remaining balance of the bill in cash on the spot. This condition must be fulfilled in order to get the permission for trophies exportation.
We do not accept credit cards and checks.
In case a hunter has paid the total amount exceeding the amount on the final bill, the remaining balance will be reimbursed in cash on the spot, after making the report and the final bill.

Charges in case of cancellation of the hunting

In case of cancellation of the hunting booked in the Hunting Agency ” Złoty Puchacz ”, a hunter is obliged to pay:
up 30 days before the start of the journey                         33% of reservation
up 15 days before the start of the journey                         50% of reservation
up 10 days before the start of the journey                         75% of reservation
less than 10 days before the start of the journey            100% of reservation

Shooting

The Hunting Agency ” Złoty Puchacz ” cannot guarantee that a hunter will shoot all the animals reserved. Nevertheless, the Hunting Agency  ” Złoty Puchacz ” will make a genuine effort to enable it.

Firearms and ammunition

To bring in the firearms to the territory of Poland, the European Firearms Pass is required. If a hunter does not have it, s/he has to apply for the permission directly in Polish embassy or consulate.

IMPORTANT
The following documents should be enclosed to the application form:

1. The voucher issued by the Hunting Agency ‘ Złoty Puchacz ‘
   2. The passport valid for at least 6 months.
   3. Completed application form.

Cancellation of the agreement due to acts of God

In the journey is considerably hindered or endangered due to acts of God, the hunters as well as the organizers of the hunting have the right to terminate the agreement. If the agreement is terminated, the hunters are obliged to pay for the services already carried out or prepared. Parties to the agreement take also into consideration the fact that the other circumstances may arise, including rabies in the hunting district, unusual weather conditions, floods or political disturbances.

Services not rendered

A hunter is obliged to pay full price of the booked services even though they were not rendered due to the earlier completion of the hunting or other reasons. He is not entitled to a refund.

Single room

The prices in the price-list concern accommodation in twin rooms. Extra charge for the single room is required.

Hunting law in Poland

Hunters are obliged to respect the Polish hunting law. This rule concerns the measurement of trophies as well. The hunting can be interrupted by the organizer of a hunter disregards the hunting regulations. The hunter has to pay penalty charges for shooting animals during the close season or without permission of the leader of the hunting. If the hunter disregards the safety rules during the collective hunting, s/he can be irreversibly excluded from the hunting.

There are no huntings within the following periods:
from December 23 to January 2
from October 30 to November 2
Easter time

Hunting licence and obligatory third party insurance
If a hunter does not have any third party insurance valid during the hunting in Poland, s/he has to pay for the insurance.

 

Report

After the hunting a report is taken. The hunter, the organizer oft he hunting and the representative of  the Hunting Agency “Złoty Puchacz” receive the copies of it. The report serves a basis for the final account.
Possible complaints about the hunting, services, food, the measurement of trophies or other additional costs have to be expressly written down to the report and additionally marked in writing as ‘COMPLAINT’.
The hunter has the right to make a complaint only before the completion of the hunting. If the complaint is refused by the organizers of the hunting, an additional report is taken. It has to be signed by the hunter and the representative of the Hunting Agency ‘’ Złoty Puchacz’’.

Court of jurisdiction

A hunter has the right to take proceedings against the organizer of the hunting explusively in the District Court in Świdnica.

Other
passport, voucher, hunting licence, firearms certificate, permission or the European Firearms Pass, insurance card for driving abroad; by the return journey the hunting report is required.
